Following a specific protocol, participants let facets of themselves and the chosen leader emerge through reactions, behaviours, and immediate sensations. This method is inspired by the works of renowned human specialists, including Jung, Gregory Bateson, Arnold Mindell, and Bert Hellinger.
This transformative experience is onsite, not virtual. Why? Because decoding the body language and grasping those non-verbal cues is integral to the magic we create. While you can certainly grasp the kinesics online, there's nothing like the in-person experience for a beginner. Learn in the flesh, master the nuances, and seamlessly apply your knowledge during your future online meetings.

During the Workshop
Let yourself flow with the group. Forget about taking notes; there'll be dedicated time for that, and you don't need to bring a notebook, a booklet will be provided. Enjoy a short break in the morning and afternoon, plus a longer one for lunch. Don't worry about being glued to your seat—it's a kinetic experience, giving you the chance to stretch both your physical and mental muscles regularly.

You're not alone post-session. Feel the need to follow up after such an intensive day? You can book a one-on-one 30-minute session in the 3 months following your workshop—it's part of your package.
