COACHING AND CONSULTING AGREEMENT Welcome to our coaching and consulting services! We are excited to embark on a journey of personal and professional development with you. Before we begin, please take a moment to read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below. 1. Your and Your Team's Well-Being Matters As our valued client, you are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during our coaching or consulting sessions. Feel free to make choices that align with your needs, and remember that you can discontinue our services at any time. 2. What Coaching Is Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you create and achieve personal, professional, or business goals. It covers various aspects of your life, such as work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. 3. What Consulting Is In addition to coaching, our consulting services cover a broad spectrum of topics crucial to your business's prosperity, from marketing and branding strategies, financial planning and budgeting, human resources management and team building, customer service and client retention, to time management and productivity enhancement. During consulting sessions, we may address specific business challenges, explore value clarification, brainstorm, collaboratively develop comprehensive strategies, identify actionable plans, examine operational strategies, ask clarifying questions, or make empowering recommendations for strategic action. The aim is to collaborate closely with you to enhance your decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. 4. Confidentiality and Privacy Your information is held confidential unless stated otherwise in writing or required by law. Certain topics may be shared anonymously and hypothetically for training or consultation purposes. You can set boundaries during sessions, and we respect your privacy. 5. Professional Guidance Coaching and consulting is not a substitute for professional expertise in legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other matters. Seek independent professional guidance when needed, as decisions in these areas are yours to make. 6. Fees and Services Fees are paid in advance in full unless specified otherwise. The length of your coaching or consulting package is detailed in the payment process. Additional appointments can be scheduled, and rescheduling requires 24 hours notice. 7. Collaborative Approach Successful coaching requires collaboration between you and your coach. While the coach facilitates change, you play a vital role in implementing it. If you feel the coaching is not working as desired, communicate openly to enhance our working relationship. 8. Prior History and Mental Health Disclose past or present psychological or psychiatric treatment. If mental health difficulties arise during coaching, notify us promptly for discussion and potential referrals. 9. Termination and Postponement Coaching continues for the contracted period. Termination may occur under extenuating circumstances, with a possible postponement of up to six months. 10. Your Acknowledgment Your payment of Strengthwise’s coaching or consulting services indicates your full understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions, along with our Code of Ethics and GDPR Privacy Statement. GDPR PRIVACY STATEMENT Hello, I'm Raphaelle Hernu, the founder of Strengthwise. I manage your data directly, as Strengthwise is too small to require a designated officer. We gather information, such as your name, contact details, and additional information from forms or quizzes you may complete online. This enables us to personalise your coaching experience and ensure efficient communication. How We Keep It Safe: Your data is stored on Typeform and Airtable. They both safeguards your data with encryption, access restrictions, and two-factor authentication. Your information is encrypted during transmission to and from their servers and remains secure at rest. Access is limited through password-protected share links or email domains. How Long We Keep It: We retain your contact details on our mailing list until you choose to unsubscribe, a step you can take at any time. All other data is purged annually once you discontinue using our services. Our principle is to preserve personal information solely for its designated use. Sharing and Data Center Certification: We do not share your data to any third party. Airtable servers, where your data is stored, are located in the US. Typeform is a EU based organisation. They are both certified with SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data anytime. Just email me at info@strengthwise.co. If there's a data breach, we have plans in place to detect, report, and respond. We'll let you and the authorities know if needed. We review and update this once a year. Any changes will be shared on our website and directly with you via email.

CODE OF ETHICS These are the principles that guide our actions and decisions as coaches. Equality We respect all different cultures, ethnicities, national origins, colours, genders, sexual orientation, gender identity, neuro diversity, age, religion, immigration status, and mental or physical disability, and will not reject a client based on these factors. Confidentiality We keep everything that is discussed with our clients under strict confidence unless there is information that can put our client or other people in danger or unless we receive consent from our client to divulge part of the information. Personal growth We keep constantly learning and developing new skills so that we can serve our clients to the best of our capacity. Relationship We keep our relationship with our clients strictly professional, avoiding any closeness that may mislead them to a romantic intention. Payments We keep complete clarity on the payment conditions of our coaching relationship from the beginning and will not charge any hidden fees. Compassion We respect our client’s identity, stage of consciousness, experiences, values and beliefs. Communication Our communication is clear and respectful. We avoid using foul language or raising our voices to get our point across. Scope of Practice We will refer our client to another professional immediately when we see that a situation falls out of our scope of practice.
